Experience a significant improvement in our latest build with a streamlined re-registration process, allowing returning families to complete it in just two minutes. We've crafted this update to provide users with a seamless workflow, complemented by engaging animations at every step.
Additional Contact Information: In this release, users can now conveniently select and add extra contact information when enrolling their child through the mobile app.
Policy Agreements: As part of the new enrollment process, users can agree to center-specific policies, tailoring their experience to the respective guidelines.
Required Fields and Document Review: Upon finishing the mandatory files during the online registration, users can thoroughly review all information before submission. Once submitted, an exciting animation enhances the confirmation experience.

In our most recent mobile app update, we've made significant enhancements to the billing summary and payment features. Within the updated billing summary, users now have the capability to view the children associated with the payer. Additionally, users can easily access information about the total balance, overdue balances, and upcoming balances which are designated by the center.
Furthermore, in our latest update, when users opt to "make a payment," they have the flexibility to select both the payment amount and their preferred payment method to complete a transaction. Users can also conveniently add a debit or credit card and manage their payment options directly within the app or via a web view. This new set of features ensures a seamless user experience for adding, removing, and applying or managing multiple payment methods.
With the introduction of this latest update, users gain the ability to review payments, including the total balance and the payment method allocated to the balance. Making payments is now more straightforward, with an elegant swipe-to-pay feature and a delightful confirmation animation to signify the successful completion of the payment. Likewise, users will also be able to have visibility into a detailed transaction history that has been applied to their respective centers. Having this level of detail for transaction history provides users with a snapshot to see how their fees and payments have changed over time.

In this release, we are proud to announce that we have redefined our push notifications. Users will now see that these push notifications are role-based, meaning that they can toggle between settings and select which notifications they would like to receive.
As part of our effort to give our users the best experience possible, we have enhanced some of the PIN accessibility functions. With this new update, we have capped the PIN setting at 25 characters and included a user-friendly confirmation page once a user's individual PIN has been set up.
Another important feature in this release is the ability to have users customize their financial payment notifications. You will now have the option to toggle on the billing and payments section and receive notifications on when your bill has been posted and the amount of days for your upcoming payment from the center.

We have released a new mobile app feature that creates seamless contact management with a comprehensive list of associated individuals for each child at the account level view. This includes Authorized Pick-Up, Legal Guardian, and Emergency Contact. Selecting a contact card reveals essential details like Preferred Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email, and the relationship to the child. Users will also be able to view what denominations have been assigned for other contact roles. For ease of communication, tapping the phone number triggers the native dialer app on both IOS and Android platforms.
Introducing a new feature to the mobile app, users will now see a “pill component” to the my children view. Parents who are classified as legal guardians will now have the option to click recent activities, child details, and contact information under the “account” tab inside the mobile app. This unique feature creates the ability to quickly filter to the appropriate section so you can stay up to date on all your information.

For those who haven't set a PIN yet, don't worry. You'll see a clear "Set PIN" icon, guiding you through the process.
Whether you choose to have the same PIN across multiple locations or prefer a unique one for each business, the choice is yours. Our platform and mobile app ensure that each PIN remains exclusive to its respective center. PIN numbers must consist of a minimum of 4 digits and are designed to be both secure and personalized to each end user.

We've updated the name of the app on your home page - easily search for us, "Jackrabbit Care".
We have introduced exciting updates to enhance the user experience of our parent mobile app, particularly in terms of user navigation. Our latest improvements provide users with a clear and easy way to navigate and toggle between different sections. To ensure a visually appealing user experience, we have incorporated the Jackrabbit Care color scheme for the selected icons on the bottom of your screen.
We have made significant enhancements to the app's usability and accessibility by reevaluating and refining the icon categorization. As a result, users will now have convenient access to various key sections, including the home landing page, photos, messaging, billing, and account details. The two standout additions to this new feature are the enhanced billing and account details functionalities. With the new updates, users can access their complete billing information, view statements from the center, and conveniently manage their payment methods by adding a bank account or debit card.
We have streamlined the process for parents to access account details in one central location. Upon selecting the account tab, users will be able to access the following details within their profile: My children, My center, My family, PIN number, settings, and terms and conditions.
Lastly, users will notice we have included a payment agreement and a Ayden modal for the individua payer. This will allow users to view the agreement through their user profile inside the app.
